The Malik Seeds Future Leader Program is a multi-week intensive sales bootcamp for young professionals who are ready to work - not watch. You will be in the field, meeting farmers, visiting dealers and learning about the products that fuel our country's agriculture economy.
You will see how Bangladesh's most trusted seed company is changing what modern agriculture looks like through using software, data, and innovation - and be a part of us leading that change.
This program takes place in Malik's Farm located in North Bengal. Top performers will walk away with a full-time career.
