The Malik Seeds Future Leader Program is a multi-week intensive sales bootcamp for young professionals who are ready to work - not watch. You will be in the field, meeting farmers, visiting dealers and learning about the products that fuel our country's agriculture economy.
You will see how Bangladesh's most trusted seed company is changing what modern agriculture looks like through using software, data, and innovation - and be a part of us leading that change.
This program takes place in Malik's Farm located in North Bengal. Top performers will walk away with a full-time career.

My journey with Malik Seeds began in 2013. Over more than a decade, I have dedicated myself to maintaining the highest standards in inventory and store operations. As a Senior Store Assistant, I am focused on ensuring our operations run like clockwork every single day.
I have been developing my skills extensively with sales data analytics, farmer/distributor networks, and advanced reporting systems. Over the next chapter, I aim to learn more on different analytics tools and further improve my technical knowledge with data. I appreciate the growth mindset my team-members around me have.
My journey with the company began in 2014, and over the last decade, I have had the privilege of growing alongside the organization. Starting in the Logistics department, I immersed myself in the complexities of our supply chain and eventually moved into my current role as Logistics Manager.
My main objective is to serve the farmers, and I feel extremely proud to be a part of this noble service. At the same time, I enjoy introducing farmers to new and improved seed varieties which results in farmer prosperity. This has been a source of great joy for me.
