A meeting on primary opinion sharing Public-NGO-Private sector partnership was held on Fulchari Upazila of Gaibandha district. The meeting was organized by A R Malik Seeds and ICCO SONGO project with the cooperation of Deputy Director-DAE, Gaibandha and Making Market for Char (M4C), a project Swisscontact, Socio-Economic Empowerment with Dignity and Sustainability (SEEDS) project of Stromme Foundation. Officials from District and Upazila level DAE, Chief of policy and Development of A R malik Seeds, Officials from SONGO Project, M4C Project, SEEDS project, relevant staff of RDRS, GUK and SKS RDA -Bogra were participated in the meeting.
To implement the PPP model, a committee was formed headed by the Upazila Agriculture Officer. Two unions of Fulchari upazila were primarily selected for piloting. It was further decided that a workshop will be organized in next December 2021 for detailing the activities, responsibility and action plan.
